Dr. Sandra Mashihi is an organizational psychologist and Senior Consultant at Envisia Learning Inc., specializing in talent management, assessment projects, and sales training.
She specializes in helping individuals in organizations reach their maximum level of performance and interpersonal relationships. She has extensive experience in behavioral assessments and interpersonal skills coaching.
She is co-author of a new coaching book with Dr. Ken Nowack called “Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It” published by Envisia Learning Inc. (2011).
Dr. Mashihi received her Master of Science and Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She has further developed her coaching skills at the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a member of Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD). Her professional career has been within the sales, non-profit, and healthcare industries.
